Delivery Millhouse Furniture
UK delivery is free on orders over £99.00 (exl. VAT).
For orders under £99.00 (exl. VAT) a £10.00 (exl. VAT) delivery charge will apply.
For Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, a surcharge will apply, and we will contact you to discuss before despatching your order.
Prices shown on the website all exclude VAT.
Standard lead time varies by product from 5 days to 2 weeks.
Project orders are delivered on a mutually agreed date depending on requirements.
Any products with a longer lead time will be advised at point of order.
Returns Millhouse Furniture
We hope you are pleased with your Millhouse furniture, however, should you wish to return a product, please contact the Customer Service team on 0800 6771214 (9am - 5pm) or email: sales@chequeredfox.co.uk for a Return Authorisation Reference and shipping instructions.
All return requests must be made within 7 working days from receipt of the goods.
A restocking charge of 20% of the value of goods will apply, with a minimum charge of £25 plus return shipping costs.
Orders of a bespoke nature cannot be returned.
The following conditions must be met for returns:
1. goods must be unused;
2. in a resalable condition;
3. wrapped in the original packaging or packaging that offers the same protection.
Returns for Businesses (B2B)
Notify us within 14 days of receipt for unwanted or incorrect items. A 20% restocking fee and collection cost apply if we arrange the return. Email sales@chequeredfox.co.uk for the correct return address.
Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and insured. A minimum handling fee of £25 + VAT applies. Refunds processed within 14 days.
Returns for Consumers (B2C)
Notify us within 14 days for a full refund. We can collect (charges apply) or you may return the item yourself. Contact us first for the correct address.

Important: Custom and bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report damages or defects within 24 hours of receipt. Email photos by replying to your order confirmation. If visibly damaged, refuse the delivery if possible.
We’ll arrange collection separately from redelivery unless otherwise agreed.
